These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Mill Republic online store.
By placing an order with Mill Republic, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under Dutch or European law.

2. Products and information
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. As many of our products are connected to agricultural crops and natural raw materials, minor differences between batches may occur.
We reserve the right to update product information, prices and availability. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Prices and payment
All consumer prices shown in our online store include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. An order is confirmed once the checkout process has been completed and the customer has received an order confirmation.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands.
Standard shipping costs €6.95. Orders of €60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The conditions and process are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

If you have a complaint or receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@mill-republic.eu. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Service and agreements with Mill Republic are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
