1. Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Mill Republic products. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must return the products within 14 days.

Products must be returned with reasonable care and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect a product as you would in a physical shop. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund.

The direct costs of returning an order are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received the returned products, or once you have provided sufficient proof that the products have been sent back, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you withdraw from your complete order, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment. If only part of an order is returned, the original delivery costs do not have to be refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [EMAIL ADDRESS], preferably including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution. Where a product is defective or incorrectly supplied, the customer will not be charged for the costs necessary to provide the appropriate solution.
