De Houberg Farm

Our winter wheat is grown by Arjan and Martine at De Houberg Farm in the east of the Netherlands. Soil health lies at the heart of their regenerative farming approach. Rather than growing the same crop year after year, they use diverse crop rotations and nature-inclusive farming practices to build resilient soils and healthy ecosystems.

This season, their winter wheat achieved an exceptional protein content of over 14%, resulting in strong dough performance and excellent baking qualities. De Houberg demonstrates how regenerative farming can produce grain of outstanding quality while improving the land for future generations.
